Learning Module for New Colorguard Educators

This module was created in response to a need to increase the pedagogical skill of new colorguard instructors as they enter the instructional side of the activity. The module was developed using Articulate: Rise and was evaluated using Kirkpatrick's New World Model. In order to create this module, I worked with a client, multiple subject-matter experts, and potential user groups in order to design and develop the final module.
