Performance Analysis and Proposed Solutions

In response to declining enrollments, Small Hill Community College has been working to increase their online and blended course offerings for the past four years with the goal that all courses would be offered online by the end of the fifth year.  After four years, only 27% of courses have been transitioned online.  This performance analysis identifies the causes of performance gaps.  The second document proposes solutions to the identified gaps.

Evaluation of an Instructional Product

This evaluation plan was created using Kirkpatrick's New World Model to determine the value of using Lynda.com courses to support teachers' use of the Canvas Learning Management System at a middle school. The plan outlines the goals and scope of the training program, instruments and methods of collecting data, and stakeholder involvement.  It includes results of data analysis on the four levels of evaluation: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results.
